We build gerixaq.com to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and a 320px phone, not just a mouse

This statement covers the small curated home goods catalog at gerixaq.com: the item pages, the storage calculator, the inquiry form and the chat widget. It does not cover anything printed, and it does not cover the warehouse building itself, though we're glad to describe it by phone before a visit.
What we've built in
Every page has one visible heading that states what the page is actually about, a skip link that jumps past the header straight to the content, and a mega-navigation panel that opens and closes with a keyboard as cleanly as it does with a mouse. Interactive controls — buttons, links, form fields, the chat launcher — are sized to at least 44 by 44 pixels so they're easy to hit on a touch screen, and none of them rely on colour alone to show their state.
The self-drawing route diagram on the homepage, which traces how an item moves from sourcing to delivery, plays as a static, fully drawn diagram for anyone whose system is set to reduce motion. It carries the same five stops as plain text underneath, so the information never depends on the animation rendering at all.
Text and background colours across the dark ground and the clay accent are chosen for contrast, not just for mood, and every layout runs fluidly from a 320px phone up through a large desktop without content being clipped or forcing the page to scroll sideways.
Where we still fall short
We are six people, not an accessibility team, and this catalog gets rebuilt and corrected as we find problems rather than certified once and left alone. If a form error message is unclear, if a focus outline goes missing after an update, or if the chat widget doesn't behave with your screen reader, that is a real defect and we want to hear about it directly rather than have you work around it.
How to report a problem
Email office@gerixaq.com or call +1 (743) 555-1641 and describe what you were trying to do, the page it happened on, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We answer Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Central, and a genuine access problem gets fixed ahead of routine site work, not queued behind it.
